We can equip our young population with a lot of skillsets that will make them employable and productive. At CSK Global Foundation, our efforts towards youth employment are oriented in the following ways,

Here are some programs we have developed to assist women towards their financial independence and security.

Vocational Training

This program aims to provide women with training in areas such as office management skills, secretarial skills, computer training, cosmetology, fruits and vegetables processing, fashion designing, catering and hospitality, sewing & embroidery, etc. These exercises help women create a work environment for their own and gradually generate income for their household. This program is particularly helpful for women in villages who desire a permanent employment to sustain their income. CSK Global Foundation is partnering with several women’s organizations to impart vocational training for women in various villages.

Micro Finance

Once the women are provided with necessary vocational training it is important to provide proper access to loans and capital for their business ventures. In the absence of proper financial inclusion rural women end up taking loans from loan sharks at a higher rate of interest. This puts an undue pressure on them and their business ultimately resulting in the failure of the business. It is also not possible for these women to get loans from mainstream banking institutions. In order to rectify this key issue, we at CSK Global Foundation are committed to provide interest-free microfinances to women who are trained and ready to start a business.

Market Linkage

Market linkage is important when it comes to selling products and services that are developed in village economies. With an innately small market size, products produced in the villages are not sold at reasonable prices.

Many a time products from cottage and small-scale industries from villages tend to underperform in overall sales. As a result, the producers make less and less profit every time. This is mainly because of their lack of connections in the large-scale markets in townships and cities. However, when the products are rightly connected to larger markets, women entrepreneurs from villages can command a better price for their rural produce.

Our CSK Global Foundation is aiming to bridge the gap between the producers and the market by establishing connections between the two. This way, the women entrepreneurs from villages can get benefitted directly by selling their products to various markets other than their own.

Business & Marketing Training.

As for the women entrepreneurs, CSK Global Foundation is working towards creating a training center for business and marketing training, exclusively for women. This center will teach the women about the ethics, strategies, and every other idea about running a business and making a profit out of it. With a step-by-step training procedure, women entrepreneurs can become the leaders and role models for the whole of the society to follow.
